 Trained as a journalist, Susan Skog is an author, humanitarian writer, and advocate for people in the developing world. Susanís first book, Embracing Our Essence: Spiritual Conversations with Prominent Women was a bestseller in the Rocky Mountain region and helped spark the U.S. womenís spirituality movement.

Her latest book, Your Voice Matters: Stand Up, Speak Out, amplifies some of today's leading young voices speaking out about gun control, climate change, bullying, immigration, racism, activism, LGBTQ rights, and the right to be their authentic selves. It includes inspiration and guidance from sage voices, like Michelle Obama, Princes Harry and William, Oprah Winfrey and many others.
