Description:
 Join author Brian Kaufman (Dead Beyond the Fence, Mary King’s Plague and Other Tales of Woe) for a two-hour workshop on the art of writing short horror fiction. Focusing on stories under 1,000 words, you’ll learn the elements of storytelling, strategies to scare your readers, and three different approaches to take when writing a horror story of your own. When you're done writing your story you can enter it in our Spirited Stories Flash Fiction Contest! We'll even show you how at the end of the program, or you can use the Submission link below. Registration required for tweens and teens in grades 4-12.
