“Engagement” is not a new buzzword or an old adage that’s being revisited. It is, simply stated, an organizational approach that produces exceptional results. Simply having a mission statement does not constitute engagement. Nor does a nice break room, free coffee, or a Foosball table. For engagement to truly exist, employees and volunteers must be aligned to and care about your organization’s mission and goals, in addition to being happy and feeling valued. In this workshop, you’ll learn seven specific strategies for building an engaged culture from the ground up.
