 Whether you are a regular "yogi" or want to try yoga for the first time, this all levels class is for you. Taught in the Vinyasa Flow style of yoga, this class combines breath and movement to create an invigorating flow through sequences of postures. Instruction is designed and cued so that students flow through the postures with a focus on safe and effective alignment. Modifications and amplifications are always offered so each student may individualize their practice. This class is moderately paced, making it a great class for beginners. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. Ages 18 and up. Registration is required.
