Teens, register today and join expert Mo Geraghty for a relaxing yoga session that you can later use at home. After the yoga session, we'll blend up some yummy and healthy smoothies. You'll get additional tips about self-esteem and fitness, and you will also get useful handouts to take home with exercises and recipes. Wear loose and comfortable clothing. If you have a mat or extra-large, soft towel, please bring it--otherwise, we will have some available.
Parents of those under age 18 will need to submit a signed parental permission form for their son/daughter to participate in this physical activity. Please go to the www.read.poudrelibraries.org/teen to download and print out the waiver. You may turn in or mail the signed waiver to Diane Tuccillo at Harmony Library in advance; scan and email it to dtuccillo@poudrelibraries.org; or turn it in at the program before it starts.
