It’s never too soon to begin planning for your audit. The sooner it is on your radar, the easier it is to get and stay audit ready. We’ll cover items all organizations will need to have for their audit. We’ll also talk about how long it should take you to get ready for the audit so it’s done and you can keep moving forward. This workshop is for you if: • You plan on having your first audit in the next 18 months • You’ve had your first audit and are looking on ways to improve the process. • This isn’t the first audit, but there’s been staff turnover and/or significant organizational changes and you’re not sure how to prepare. Takeaways: 1. How (and when) to start preparing for the audit. 2. List of requests the auditors will likely make. 3. How to select a time for your audit. 4. How to stay audit ready.
