Teens – do you love animals? Are you interested in bird and bug identification? Do you have frogs, lizards, birds, insects moving about your yard? Then come spend a few hours with other teens to learn about how we interact on a daily basis with local critters and what it is to be a Citizen Scientist. We will do bug and bird related activities and eat bug "snacks" and send you home with a bag full of things so you can learn to care for your Critter Citizens.
Bring a water bottle because we will head outside. There will be a very special presentation by Entomology Professor Boris Kondratieff from Colorado State University and some real live critters! For those in grades 6-12. Registration required.
