A moving meditation that brings balance, joy and enhanced well-being to one's life, T'ai Chi Chih consists of 19 slow, gentle movements and one pose. The movements circulate and balance the intrinsic energy of the body, called Chi. The movements are easy to learn and can be done by anyone regardless of age or physical condition, including those in wheelchairs. T'ai Chi Chih is not a martial art or religion but a practice that focuses on the principles of energy flow that bring health and well-being to body, mind, and spirit. Come and give it a try! Registration required.
