Gadbaw & Krimmel present Carols Old and New: Songs for an Icy December Gadbaw & Krimmel are a Colorado-based Celtic duo that feature “lush harmonies, spellbinding rhythms, and lithe interplay between harp and percussion,”(Broomfield Enterprise). Beth Gadbaw sings and plays bodhrán drum; Margot Krimmel plays Celtic harp and sings. The duo’s recent release Icy December was described by British folk music magazine What’s Afoot as “an absolute joy to listen to.” Their original composition The Donkey and the Doves was voted one of the year’s top fifty Christmas carols by Colorado Public Radio listeners.
